Wheelers of Marshfield is seeking a Parts Advisor to support the team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, thrives in a fast-paced, professional workplace, and contributes to a positive culture. Wheelers Family Auto Group has been family-owned since 1964 and operates six dealerships across Central Wisconsin.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
Strong computer skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Prior auto parts experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and other information to customers and advisors.
Review body shop estimates to verify that parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
Provide high-level service to internal and external customers.
Maintain proper inventory levels and processes.
Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on service repair orders.
Receive payment from retail customers.
