About The Position

Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is seeking an accomplished Parts Advisor to join its busy, award-winning Parts Department. The role provides service to internal and external customers by identifying and ordering parts, managing inventory, processing orders, and promoting parts and accessory sales. The position is onsite in Bellevue, Washington, and reports to the Parts Manager. The schedule is a four-day, 10-hour workweek; the exact schedule will be discussed during the interview, and candidates must be flexible and available all days. Department hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Compensation is commission-based, with stated annual earning potential of $55,000–$60,000 depending on performance. Compensation includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits; bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. The position may also be eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation determined through the interview process.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging.
• Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to grow within the company.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be flexible and available all days.
