About The Position

Hemlock Hill RV is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented RV Parts Advisor to support its Parts Department. The role works alongside service technicians and advisors, communicates with parts vendors, and helps customers find parts and accessories for their RVs. It offers varied, hands-on work in a team-oriented dealership environment, with opportunities to learn about new RV products, accessories, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Be organized and detail-oriented, with an interest in solving problems.
• Have basic mechanical knowledge and be able to navigate parts catalogs.
• Communicate effectively and enjoy helping customers and coworkers.
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and willingness to help wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an RV dealership, automotive parts department, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Help technicians and service advisors identify and order the correct parts for service jobs.
• Research part numbers, check compatibility, and find suitable options and pricing.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, stocking, and organization of parts.
• Recommend accessories and upgrades to customers.
• Safely operate a forklift for parts handling and inventory management.
• Assist with propane refills and required safety checks.
• Continue learning about RV products, accessories, and industry trends.
