About The Position

Power RV is seeking an entry-level Parts Department Assistant in Sublimity, Oregon. The Parts Department is busy, and the role involves selling automotive parts by phone, email, and in person. Customer service is the department’s main priority, so the employee is expected to be polished and professional. This is a full-time position at a family-owned business.

Requirements

• Be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, including drug screening.
• Provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill parts.
• Maintain proper parts storage.
• Take inventory and stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers, wholesale accounts, and technicians.
• Support parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pick up and deliver parts from other dealerships and suppliers.
• Keep the department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
