About The Position

Fox GMC is hiring a full-time Parts Advisor to work onsite in Comstock Park, Michigan. The role supports customers and the service department by helping ensure automotive parts and accessories are accurately identified, ordered, and available. The Parts Advisor also manages inventory records, coordinates with vendors, maintains an organized workspace, and delivers responsive customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
Process parts orders and ensure timely parts availability for the service team.
Greet and consult with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information about parts and accessories.
Enter data into the inventory management system and keep records up to date.
Collaborate with vendors to source parts.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Resolve customer queries and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and stay aligned with company goals and initiatives.
