About The Position

Audi Tacoma is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to support its busy, high-volume parts department. The role suits someone who can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a team-driven dealership. The Parts Advisor helps customers find appropriate parts and accessories, coordinates fulfillment with service advisors and technicians, and supports accurate inventory and smooth daily department operations.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and an organized approach to work.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory management software.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in-person and phone customers in selecting appropriate vehicle parts and accessories.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure fast, accurate parts fulfillment.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory by stocking, tracking, and ordering parts.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked for daily operations.
