The Parts Advisor is responsible for selling parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. This role involves handling telephone orders, preparing sales tickets, assisting with parts receiving and stocking, and ensuring customer satisfaction by helping them select required parts and suggesting companion items. The Parts Advisor also manages special orders, assists outside sales representatives, and maintains the organization and cleanliness of the parts department.
