About The Position

Requirements

• Related Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master degree preferred
• 6-7 years of related experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple functions / shifts / facility.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
• Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
• Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Follow all policies and procedures as well as all local, state and federal laws concerning employment to include, but not limited to: Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) confidentiality regulations, I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil Rights and ADA.

Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve world-class customer service and operations systems.
• Plan, direct, and oversee warehouse operations.
• Ensures the physical condition of warehouse and equipment are properly maintained.
• Manages subordinates, by interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Ensures safe operation of the warehouse.
• Ensures the profitability of the warehouse.
• Develops and delivers metric reporting to senior management
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• All employees are expected to protect the confidentiality of patient health information
