This flexible PRN opportunity is for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants conducting in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Clinicians work autonomously and provide assessments and preventive care education without ongoing treatment responsibilities. The role includes a minimum availability requirement of eight full 7.5-hour days per month, with scheduling flexibility. Travel is local, to patients within the clinician’s county and nearby areas, generally within roughly 60 minutes of home. The position offers competitive pay with performance incentives, no prescribing, on-call shifts, or follow-ups, and streamlined documentation through a company-provided iPad and proprietary EMR system. Malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included. Onboarding may take approximately three to four weeks. The role is described as a 1099 contractor opportunity; contractors may be able to deduct $0.725 per mile in 2026, subject to advice from a tax advisor.
