About The Position

Our clinical team is seeking a part-time NP Provider Nurse/CMA at our John Street Clinic located in Evansville, IN. ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides quality healthcare to all members of our community, including the insured, uninsured, under-insured and homeless. We currently employ over 150 dedicated team members who truly embrace the mission of serving and making a difference in the lives of others in a positive, supportive and collaborative environment. We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.

Requirements

  • Current Indiana RN or LPN Nursing License, or CMA Certification

Nice To Haves

  • EPIC: 1 year
  • Pediatric clinical experience
  • Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the nursing care and general nursing functions required by ECHC’s patients during clinic visits.
  • Provides age specific and health prevention nursing care and treatment services as ordered by the Registered Nurse, Physician and Nurse Practitioner to patients.
  • Works closely with the Providers and the Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care and to provide coordination of services within an integrated health care delivery system.
