Froedtert ThedaCare Health - Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive primary care in onsite employer health clinics in the Milwaukee metro area and Eastern Wisconsin. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, manage an individual patient panel, and practice with a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative care team and integrated health system. The care model emphasizes population health, wellness, preventive care, and continuity of care. Family Medicine experience working independently with patients of all ages is required. This is a 0.7 FTE position serving clinics in the Mequon area and Wauwatosa. The schedule is Mondays, 6:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (Mequon); Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Mequon); Thursdays, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Wauwatosa); and Fridays, 6:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (Mequon). There are no weekend or call responsibilities, and there is no expectation of working outside scheduled clinic hours. Workforce Health is a growing service line within Froedtert ThedaCare Health, a collaboration between two Wisconsin health systems.
