About The Position
Froedtert ThedaCare Health – Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care and occupational health services in onsite employer health clinics. The role is based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and is part of a growing service line supporting employee health, wellness, and population health initiatives across the Milwaukee metro area and Eastern Wisconsin. The provider will build meaningful patient relationships, manage an individual patient panel, and practice with a high degree of autonomy in a relationship-focused, population health-oriented care model. The position offers collaborative support from APP leadership and a multidisciplinary team, along with the resources of an integrated regional health system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin. The role requires Family Medicine experience and the ability to work independently with patients of all ages. The schedule is described as sustainable, with no weekends, no call responsibilities, and no expectation of working outside scheduled clinic hours. Requirements
