About The Position

Froedtert ThedaCare Health – Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide care in onsite employer health clinics. The role combines comprehensive primary care and occupational health in a population health-focused setting, with an emphasis on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient relationships. The provider will manage an independent patient panel and practice with a high degree of autonomy, supported by APP leadership, a multidisciplinary team, and the resources of an integrated health system. Family Medicine experience working independently with patients of all ages is required.

This is a 0.2 FTE position based in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The schedule is Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. There are no weekend or call responsibilities, and there is no expectation of working outside scheduled clinic hours.

Requirements

• Be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Have Family Medicine experience working independently with patients of all ages.
