Flexible PRN opportunity for licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. The role offers autonomous work without ongoing treatment responsibilities. Clinicians create their own schedules, with a minimum availability of eight full 7.5-hour days per month. The position includes competitive pay with performance incentives, malpractice insurance, collaborating physicians, and a company-provided iPad for streamlined documentation through a proprietary EMR system. There are no prescribing duties, on-call shifts, or follow-ups. Travel is local, within the clinician’s county and nearby areas, roughly 60 minutes from home. As a 1099 contractor, clinicians may deduct $0.725 per mile in 2026, subject to advice from a tax professional. Onboarding typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.
