•$38 - $81•Onsite

About The Position

MinuteClinic, part of CVS Health, is hiring a clinic-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care. The role focuses on in-person patient care; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic during periods of lower onsite patient volume, provided they do not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers have autonomy to manage their practice with clinical and organizational support, access to evidence-based guidelines and clinical resources, and opportunities for professional development. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. The position includes assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions; providing preventive and wellness services; administering or ordering diagnostic tests, vaccines, and injections; and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Providers also complete clinic operations such as inventory management, opening and closing the clinic, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection. Physical presence at the assigned clinic is required. For Nurse Practitioners, the role requires an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner education program, national board certification, and an active, unrestricted state APRN/FNP license. One year of NP experience is preferred, though qualified new graduates may be considered. The role also requires active BLS certification, a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment, ability to pass a respirator fit test, and the ability to obtain and maintain multistate licensure as business needs require. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs. The typical pay range is $37.66–$81.11 per hour or equivalent base annual full-time salary, depending on relevant factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. This full-time role includes an eligible benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, subject to eligibility.
