Locum Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
About The Position
This is a locum tenens position for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to provide coverage in an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves serving patients of all age groups, with a particular focus on assisting with increased patient volume for cold and flu cases. The position requires flexibility to work at both Cudahy and Lynwood clinics on a part-time, rotating schedule. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory. There are no on-call responsibilities, and the anticipated patient panel is 20-24 patients per day. The clinic utilizes the EPIC (Health Connect) EMR system. This is an hourly, all-inclusive compensation role with an immediate start for a 3-month commitment, potentially extendable.
Requirements
- Board certification.
- Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Active California state license.
- Bilingual in Spanish (mandatory).
