About The Position

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This flexible PRN opportunity allows clinicians to work autonomously and supplement their income without taking on ongoing treatment responsibilities. Clinicians complete assessments, provide preventive care education, and travel locally to patients in their county and nearby areas. The role does not involve prescribing, on-call shifts, or follow-ups. Documentation is completed through a proprietary EMR using a company-provided iPad. Malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included. This is a 1099 contractor role, with streamlined onboarding that may take 3 to 4 weeks.
