Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their experience with the clinic.
• Oversee daily office activities, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and medical record management.
• Ensure clinic compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and other clinic financial matters.
• Monitor and manage clinic supplies and equipment.
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track clinic performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Train and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Engage with potential patients to convert leads into appointments and support their journey from inquiry to consultation.
