About The Position

Piedmont Urgent Care is hiring a Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and lead clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The manager is responsible for delivering a seamless patient experience, driving operational efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s values. The role includes supporting staffing and operational needs by traveling to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Ability to travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed.
• A proactive, customer-centric approach to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, or retail management is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, insurance processes, and coding, including ICD-9 and CPT, is helpful but not required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and administrative staff to support high-quality patient care and customer service.
• Implement strategies to achieve budget goals and key performance indicators.
• Set and communicate annual goals aligned with Piedmont Urgent Care’s mission and objectives.
• Partner with clinical leadership to uphold regulatory and patient care standards.
• Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate medical supplies and equipment are available.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to increase center visibility and patient volume.
• Promote Piedmont Urgent Care’s values of kindness, excellence, empowerment, resilience, and proactive service.
• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed to support staffing and operational needs.
