About The Position

The Receptionist answers a multi-line phone system, delivers messages, operates door access systems, greets visitors, prepares bank deposit and reports, and performs data entry and clerical duties as assigned. Shift time: Monday through Friday, 7:55 am to 4:30 pm

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • General office skills: Word, Excel, phone etiquette, computer experience required
  • Must have the ability to perform work of a detailed nature and avoid error
  • Possess diplomacy and tact in dealing with clients, family members, providers and staff both by phone and in person
  • Be able to adapt to fluctuating situations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or education in administrative work preferred
  • General knowledge and ability to comprehend medical terminology preferred
