About The Position
We are currently seeking highly motivated Performance Media Director to lead our Affiliate Marketing practice. Key tasks will include team leadership, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, developing and administering Affiliate strategy, development of POVs for internal / external partners, mentoring of junior staff and championing a test/learn innovation culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience directly related to Affiliate Marketing with a focus on direct response campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong command / expertise in managing affiliate marketing platforms.
- Exhaustive publisher knowledge and relationships across multiple business categories.
Responsibilities
- Lead applicable Client and publisher relationship(s) on behalf of Affiliate team.
- Manage Affiliate team across multiple clients, establishing/refining processes for creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing Affiliate Marketing campaigns.
- Motivate and inspire cross-section of team members from junior analysts through associate directors to drive continual performance improvements in client business.
- Drive new business engagements from RFP completion, strategy development, prospective client pitch through transition to Horizon management.
- Evaluate new technologies / strategies / techniques across the search landscape and gauge potential for experimentation within existing / new client engagements.
- Develop Affiliate Marketing strategy and testing methodology and roadmap for client(s).
