Responsibilities

  • Build the Celsius Brand through management of existing distributors/bottlers and subordinates within assigned territory as well as identifying and selling to new accounts within your geography.
  • Assign, train, motivate, manage, and evaluate the business activities of Celsius employees and distributors/bottlers within assigned territory to deliver maximum sales, exceptional results, and customer satisfaction for the company’s product lines.
  • Develop sales objectives, prepare and execute product programs, analyze and evaluate the status of the company’s products as well as the competitive environment on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop and manage the progress of assigned distributor/bottler network (and internal field personnel, when appropriate) performance in the selling and merchandising of the company’s product lines either directly or through your territory managers within your region.
  • Monitor ongoing business trends to effectively forecast sales volumes for each distributor market monthly. This forecast would then be sent to management.
  • Develop and present creative and results oriented presentations to distributors/bottlers and/or key accounts.
  • Maintain customer contact in conjunction with distributors/bottlers to expedite resolution of customer problems/complaints and to improve overall customer relations, sales volume, and profile in the marketplace.
  • Review and evaluate distributor/bottler performance in achieving sales and merchandising objectives through specific objectives for distributors that are clearly articulated, mutually agreed upon and effectively measured.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of sales programs and all other such brand development projects that relate to field execution.
  • Actively manage field marketing teams assigned to your territory by directing them to ideal events, guerilla marketing and demos with the objective to increase brand recognition and sales. All activities by team must be communicated by you to your distributors and key accounts to optimize momentum.
  • Conduct market surveys in all classes of trade to assess the company’s products’ position in the marketplace; monitor competitive activity and developments.
  • Maintain a high level of interaction with key trade customers to ensure customer satisfaction, educate on product line and category developments and trends, as well as maintain a full understanding of key customers’ organizations.
  • Maintain thorough and current understanding of existing and projected product lines, category trends of key trade customers, of competitors and the marketplace in general.
  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop new team members as your territory expands.
  • Research, develop, create and maintain customer database for direct solicitation purposes consistent with customer requirements and business division's volume and distribution goals.
  • Process orders, attend top customer visits monthly; prepare business reviews, present new items and analyze business performance.
  • Forecast by brand and designated packing, volume expected from assigned customer group monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Complete all required accounting and administrative responsibilities for HQ.
