About The Position
Eataly is hiring for a range of hospitality roles at its Dallas location, including General Manager of QSR, QSR Barista, QSR Sales Associates, Fresh Market Associate - Cheese & Salumi, and front-of-house restaurant positions, among others. Candidates are invited to attend an open-call hiring event for interviews for all positions on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 PM CST at Scuola on the second floor of Eataly Dallas. Applicants should check in with guest relations and bring a resume and enthusiasm. The work is onsite and requires schedule flexibility, often including evenings and weekends, along with the ability to meet the stated physical demands.
Requirements
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, often including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
