The position offers direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape a new function, with potential for broader technology, operational, and leadership responsibilities as the firm’s needs evolve.

  • Sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize competing needs.
  • A record of taking initiative, working independently, and following through.
  • Willingness to embrace AI, actively develop relevant skills, and apply them thoughtfully to business problems.

  • Lead system changes from requirements and testing through implementation and employee adoption.
  • Identify and implement useful AI applications within approved tools and workflows, and help employees develop AI skills and confidence.
  • Evaluate AI results and establish appropriate data protection, testing, and human review in partnership with the COO and Compliance.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365, identity and access management, employee devices, networks, telecommunications, and related infrastructure.
