About The Position

In a local showroom, you’ll work one-on-one with customers to help them find the right sleep solution and represent the company’s brand. The role offers base compensation, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses, with paid training and opportunities to advance into store management and regional leadership. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations in Naples and Marco Island.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for helping people and providing a great customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional, personalized service.
• Learn about mattress products and help customers find the right fit.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom that meets brand standards.
• Handle basic operational tasks, including inventory, point-of-sale, and opening and closing duties.
• Stay up to date on promotions, new products, and customer needs.
• Take ownership of the store’s daily performance and customer satisfaction.
