About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team, and support the development of team associates.
• Ensure customers receive a memorable experience and custom-fit solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Ensure staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as company policies, to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.
