About The Position
Lead new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer programs from business case through launch for a drug product development team at a biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico. The role leads cross-functional teams and oversees project planning, controls, change management, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of project management experience in pharma or biotech; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years, or a PhD and 2 years.
- Experience with NPI, technology transfer, or commercialization programs.
- Experience with change control and capital projects.
Nice To Haves
- Background in process validation.
Responsibilities
- Build integrated schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional NPI and technology transfer teams.
- Manage change control and project controls on capital work.
- Report project progress and risks to leadership.
