About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a store and serve as second in command of a million-dollar business. The role is full-time and hourly, with overtime available. It offers an opportunity to develop into a store manager, franchise owner, or Manager Corporate Operations. Training is provided for applicants who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The Assistant Manager is accountable for everything that happens in the store, including people, operations, sales, profits, team safety, training, and culture. The position works five or more days per week, including most weekends, and may require helping at other locations near the chosen location.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive attitude and high energy.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Pass a background check.
- Be eligible to work in the USA.
- Reside near the store location.
- Have judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store.
- Be accountable for store people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and expect the crew to follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
