About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as second in command of a million-dollar business. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The Assistant Manager is accountable for what happens in the store across people, operations, sales, and profits, and helps ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team. The role requires leading by example and following all policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. The company provides training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position works five or more days per week, including most weekends, and may involve helping at other locations near the chosen store. The role offers opportunities for advancement, including progression to general manager and beyond.
Requirements
- Positive attitude.
- High energy.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
- Ability to exercise judgment, leadership, math skills, and multitasking.
Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
