About The Position

RVP III, INC., doing business as Domino's, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as the second in command of a million-dollar business. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The company provides training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas.

The Assistant Manager is accountable for what happens within the store, including people, operations, sales, profits, team safety, training, and culture. The role requires leading by example and following all policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew. The schedule is five or more days per week, including most weekends. The employee may be asked to help at other locations near the chosen location. The position offers a potential path to General Manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.

Requirements

• Great positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior Domino's experience or prior experience managing people.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near the store location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Be accountable for the store's people, operations, sales, and profits.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and expect team members to follow company policies and procedures.
• Help at other nearby locations when asked.
