About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as second in command of a million-dollar business. The role is accountable for everything that happens in the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture. The Assistant Manager is expected to lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures while holding the crew to the same standards. Prior management and pizza-making experience are not required; training is provided. The position may require helping at other locations near the chosen location. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The schedule is five or more days per week, including most weekends.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior experience with Domino’s or prior experience managing people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store.
- Be accountable for store performance across people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Help at other nearby locations when asked.
