About The Position
East TN Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as second in command of a million-dollar business. The position is full-time and hourly, with overtime available. The Assistant Manager is accountable for what happens in the store across people, operations, sales, and profits, and is expected to help ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team. The role requires leading by example and following all policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew. Training is provided for people leadership and pizza-making, and the company offers opportunities to advance to General Manager and beyond. The employee may be asked to help at other locations near the chosen location. The schedule is five or more days per week and includes most weekends.
Requirements
- Great, positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
