About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is hiring an Assistant Manager to serve as the second in command of a store and develop toward store management. This full-time, hourly role oversees all aspects of store operations, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The Assistant Manager is accountable for what happens in the store and helps ensure team safety, training, and a positive culture. Prior management and pizza-making experience are not required; training is provided. The position may involve helping at nearby locations and requires work five or more days per week, including most weekends. Overtime is available.
Requirements
- Have a great, positive attitude and high energy.
- Have prior Domino's experience or prior experience leading people.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a good driving record.
- Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background check.
- Be eligible to work in the USA.
- Reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures, while expecting the same from the crew.
- Help at other locations near the chosen store when asked.
