About The Position

Flyin Brian Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee all aspects of 3 to 6 designated store locations in the Hancock County, Ohio area. This is a full-time, salaried position with stated annual earnings of $70,000–$100,000. The supervisor is accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits across the designated stores, including team safety, training, and culture. The role requires leading by example and consistently following company policies and procedures.

The company promotes from within and will ensure the supervisor has worked in and understands the positions they will lead. Candidates with multi-unit restaurant management experience may be able to apply that experience toward the role. The schedule is five or more days per week and includes most weekends. The company describes opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to general manager and, potentially, franchisee or Manager Corporate Operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of multi-management experience.
• Prior Domino's experience, or prior experience managing multiple stores and employees.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use Outlook or email services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near the store location.
• Great positive attitude and high energy.
• Judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills.
