About The Position
Aritzia is growing and our Global Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods across all channels, including inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail and eComm fulfillment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Aritzia’s air and sea freight network, driving the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective movement of goods from origin to destination. Requirements
- Air and sea freight for imports into North America
- Working with international service providers
- Customs procedures and documentation
- INCOTERMS
- Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Responsibilities
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
- Execute best-in-class air and sea freight, shipping, and delivery set-up
- Execute the best possible logistics experience for our customers
- Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business
- Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally
