About The Position

Human Resources Generalist - People Relations Partners (PRP’s) are responsible for partnering with leadership teams in employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and culture, communications, and overall organizational health. They provide guidance and compliance to company policies and local law/regulations as well as partner with Health, Safety, and Environment. They focus on the ongoing HR initiatives, collaborating with various HR functions to support leadership teams goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong listening and communication skills in team environments.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including delivering impactful presentations and drafting clear, actionable proposals.
  • Utilizes analytical thinking and sound judgment based on factual information.
  • Shows initiative and consistently meets deliverable deadlines related to cost and schedule requirements.
  • Maintains integrity and candor in all interactions.
  • Effectively coaches and guides others to develop new skills and master challenging tasks.
  • Regularly meets deadlines and excels in fast-paced settings.
  • Adapts swiftly to changing business needs and environments.
  • Experienced with ADP and payroll processes.
  • 3–5 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts research and analysis on a range of human resources matters and assists with problem resolution.
  • Contributes to the creation and revision of operational policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and documentation, supporting the establishment of best practices.
  • Provides daily guidance, interpretation, and support to managers and employees regarding human resource policies, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state human resource laws and regulations.
  • Maintains historical human resource records utilizing the company’s Human Resources Information System.
  • Supports human resource staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Develops, delivers, or participates in specialized teams, presentations, and training sessions as needed, addressing operational and technical HR-related topics.
  • Prepares and presents complex ad hoc data analyses and reports within their area of expertise; identifies errors and deficiencies and recommends process improvements.
  • Assists with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Oversees temporary staffing, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Monitors leave requests and communicates effectively with employees and managers.
  • Reviews, corrects, and approves payroll in ADP Workforce Now.
