About The Position
Founded in 2021, the Any Hour Group has rapidly expanded to become a leading provider of home services across 30 locations in 10 states, boasting a dedicated team of over 2,000 members. Our commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment has driven our success and growth. We pride ourselves on our innovative solutions and customer-centric approach, making us a trusted choice for homeowners. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to support our growing HR team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including HRIS management, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring critical thinking, solid HR expertise, and a proactive approach to supporting employees and management across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience, specifically with a focus in California labor/compliance law
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and solve problems
- Proficient in HRIS data management
- Experience with disciplinary action support and performance management
- Solid understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with Paycom/other HRIS systems
- Supporting multi state HR operations
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
