Responsibilities

• Resolve complex employee relations cases.
• Curate training and resources for employee relations.
• Leverage expertise and aptitude in analytics to advance employee relations philosophy and mitigate business risk.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal Department, and leaders globally to address intricate employee relations matters.
• Lead internal workplace investigations.
• Ensure consistent quality of results, timeliness of resolution, and an effective, supportive associate experience.
• Craft and manage employee relations resources for HR and business managers in collaboration with Talent Development.
• Design, facilitate, and coordinate training sessions and discussion forums on performance management, coaching, and feedback with ER leadership.
• Champion the implementation of a new ER case-management system and drive its adoption across HR.
• Assist with the design of an ER dashboard.
• Report and analyze metrics, propose recommendations for enhancements, and prioritize efforts based on key insights.
