About The Position
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and knows how to balance hospitality with efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant/bar setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Hands-on management style with a focus on teamwork
- Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative tasks
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Front of House operations including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff to ensure excellent service and teamwork
- Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and solutions-focused mindset
- Monitor service flow, table turns, and overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Manage POS system, cash handling, and end-of-shift reports
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff as needed
