About The Position

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with technology and ability to perform administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Good eyesight, including close vision and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to stand, lift, reach, bend, and perform repetitive movements; occasionally lift 10–25 pounds.
• Comfort with exposure to fragrances and chemicals used in salon treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and assist the salon manager.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and understand guests’ needs.
• Provide quality consultations and perform requested services efficiently and professionally.
• Perform administrative tasks using salon technology, potentially including closing out the system at the end of the day.
