About The Position

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort using technology and performing basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Good eyesight, including close vision and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to stand, move, lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Comfort with occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.
• Comfort working around salon products, fragrances, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and understand each guest’s needs.
• Provide quality consultations.
• Perform requested salon services efficiently and professionally.
• Perform services such as haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services.
• Use technology and perform basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required.
