About The Position
Blo Blow Dry Bar Tampa is hiring licensed hairstylists for a part-time weekend role. The stylist creates professional blowouts and styles, delivers an excellent guest experience, builds guest relationships, recommends suitable products and services, and works collaboratively in a busy, team-oriented salon. Shifts are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The company provides paid training and ongoing education through Blo University, hands-on coaching, professional development, and professional styling products.
Requirements
- An active Florida cosmetology license.
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong blow-drying and hairstyling skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and passion for guest service.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced salon environment.

- Previous salon experience.
Responsibilities
- Create professional blowouts and styles tailored to each guest.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience from consultation through finishing touches.
- Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
