About The Position
Addev Materials Healthcare (AMH) is hiring a Quality Document Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of critical quality documentation in an ISO 13485-regulated environment. The role manages controlled documents, supports the electronic quality management system (eQMS), coordinates document changes, and works with cross-functional teams to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance. The position is on-site in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an annual salary range of $55,000 to $60,000.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in document control, quality assurance, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of higher education; a focus in Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working within ISO 13485, FDA-regulated, or similar quality management systems.
- Ability to manage documents, revisions, and multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with document management or eQMS systems.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
