Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams, verbally and written
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with vehicle titles and other documentation.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in title work is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, process, and verify the accuracy of customer-submitted documents related to vehicle purchases.
  • Preparation and sending sales contract to our prospective customers
  • Communicate with customers and internal team members to address document-related inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding document handling.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vehicle titles or other documentation.
  • Verify title documents and assist with filing titles and sending documents to receive titles from the state.
