About The Position

Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is seeking a high-performing In-Home Design Consultant with proven experience selling bath, kitchen, windows, or other residential remodeling products. This role is more than just a sales position; it's an opportunity for a top-producing in-home sales professional to advance into sales leadership. As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, create customized bath solutions, and guide them through the design and purchasing process using a proprietary iPad-based sales system. This role is ideal for an experienced closer ready to produce at a high level today while developing into a future sales leader.

Requirements

  • Proven success in in-home sales
  • Experience selling bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, flooring, or other home improvement products
  • A strong track record of closing sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence conducting one-on-one presentations in customers’ homes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivation and strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
  • Reliable transportation
  • Local residency within the service area
  • Desire and ability to grow into a Sales Manager / Leadership position

  • Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
  • Identify customer needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions
  • Use our iPad-based sales system to design and present projects
  • Create personalized bath designs using easy-to-use technology
  • Present pricing and financing options
  • Build value and confidently close sales
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers
  • Participate in weekly sales training and coaching
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Develop the skills necessary to advance into sales management
