About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative, listed as a Design Consultant, to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Sales leads are warm and pre-set; cold-calling and lead generation are not required. Appointments are about two hours each. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call-close sales process and secure customer agreements to purchase products and services.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Follow the monthly rotating schedule: weeks 1–2, Monday–Friday with availability from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; weeks 3–4, Tuesday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
