About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative, described in the posting as a Design Consultant, to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect with people in an environment.
• Competitive nature and drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; the posting also notes success among candidates from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Deliver the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase products and services.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call-close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Work a monthly rotating schedule: weeks 1–2, Monday–Friday; weeks 3–4, Tuesday–Friday and Saturday.
• Conduct in-home sales appointments, which are about two hours each.
