About The Position
Closets by Design is hiring designers and sales representatives to serve the Dalton, Georgia area. The role helps residential customers organize their homes by assessing their needs and presenting custom home-organizing products and services. Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
- Must be coachable and have a growth mindset.

Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their organizational needs.

- Follow the sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home-organizational needs.
