About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help residential customers organize their homes. The role involves meeting with customers at pre-set appointments, understanding their organizational needs, assessing opportunities in their homes, and educating them about the company’s products and services. The company provides sales and design training, with no prior experience required. The position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement and an open, flexible schedule.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Candidates should be coachable.
• A growth mindset and willingness to complete one week of paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Availability for one week of in-person training in Orlando, either November 16–20 or December 14–18, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through customers’ homes to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Follow sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs.
