As a Customer Success Associate Consultant, you will participate in the Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP), an immersive development experience that combines structured learning, hands-on practice, coaching, and customer exposure. The program builds enhanced communication skills, practical NetSuite expertise, business acumen, consulting methodology/process discipline, AI fluency, and trusted-advisor skills so you can move beyond system configuration to help customers make better decisions, adopt solutions faster, and achieve stronger outcomes. Successful associates learn to structure ambiguity, generate solutions, challenge assumptions, build trust, and guide customers through transformation. Requirements

- Must be able to work in Toronto.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
