About The Position

Insycle is seeking an Associate Customer Success Engineer to manage a portfolio of customers throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. This hybrid customer-facing role combines relationship building, CRM data fluency, and hands-on strategic guidance. The role focuses on helping customers expand from one-off data cleanup to using Insycle as a governed data layer for their CRM and AI initiatives, while building trust and engaging new customer stakeholders when appropriate. Its platform includes Blueprints for defining data standards, Data Logic for applying standards, and Observability for tracking data conformity and drift. The role helps customers understand and apply these capabilities, communicate their value internally, and maintain reliable CRM data as people, integrations, workflows, and AI agents interact with it. The position is full-time and remote, based in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones preferred), the United Kingdom, or Canada. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time. Compensation is listed as $50,000–$70,000 total compensation, plus 0.05%–0.1% equity. Applicants must submit an application through the job board and complete a Loom video questionnaire. The interview process includes an application and Loom video, a 30-minute interview, a product exercise, second- and third-round interviews (including a roleplay for a mock kickoff), a final interview and offer, and reference checks.
